I took this photograph while visiting The Louvre. The whole building is an amazing place, and yet there still are some subtle environments within it that perhaps when given the right attention can be transformed. I really like the light and detail in this particular exposure.

OK, I'm really upset now. Went to Paris, doodled around the massive Louvre courtyard, amongst the I.M. Pei pyramids. Didn't want to "bother" with going inside to see all the "standard" stuff. Stupid.
If I ever get back to Paris, I know where I'm going -- inside the Louvre to soak up the architecture.
